What is Blu Peppermint's Return Policy?
OUR NEW RETURN POLICY EFFECTIVE STARTING

At Blu Peppermint Boutique, we want our #blubabes to be happy! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day return policy for an online or pick-up order. If you applied a discount code it makes your purchase a final sale. Accessories, Handbags, Jewelry, Shoes and Sale items are FINAL SALE. Full priced items that are returned within the 14 days may be returned for a full refund, store credit or exchange.
- Items without an Invoice or Gift Receipt are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
- Accessories, Handbags, Jewelry, Shoes and Sale items are FINAL SALE.
- Items must be returned in the condition in which you received: tags attached, smoke free, undamaged, unworn and unwashed.
- Please note, we do not offer Free Return Labels for any purchase or Gifts, as the RMA must be generated by the Purchaser.
If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order or changed. Feel free to contact us with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are here to help in any way we can!
ALL SALE, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, FLASH SALE, ACCESSORIES AND SHOES ARE FINAL SALE. We are not responsible for stolen packages once they are delivered by the carrier. We will contact the carrier to verify that the order was indeed shipped to the correct address, but the customer is responsible for contacting the local authorities to report stolen packages. We are not liable for stolen packages and will not issue a replacement or refund of the stolen items.
