Hi blu babes! My name is Kelly, and I am the owner of Blu Peppermint Boutique. I am married to my dream guy, proud mother to a handsome little boy & beautiful baby girl, and living in the thriving town of College Station, TX home of Texas A&M University. I attended the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles, where I worked with various designers and big box stores, and I received my degree in Visual Communications. After my education I spent years working various retail jobs, however, in the back of my mind, I always dreamed about owning my own boutique. I'm immensely blessed to fulfill my dreams and finally launch my very own online boutique, Blu Peppermint Boutique! I have a strong desire to help women find their dream outfit with 100% satisfaction. Not just the perfect outfit, but also anything else needed to make you feel gorgeous!

Why Blu Peppermint?

That’s sort of a two-parter! “Blu” is because my grandpa August taught me how to drive on a blue ford tractor and would tell me to “stay in the ruts”. Through life I’ve always had that in the back of my mind, to just keep moving forward and that God has a plan, no matter what. “Peppermint” because when I was younger, my grandpa Houston would take me riding around on his farm. After checking the animals, we would go sit under a tree by his garden and he would offer me a peppermint. It always showed his kindness and the love he had for me. They were both very important people in my life and taught me so much about how to love, be selfless and forgiving no matter what life has to offer, and to always move forward. The world needs more kindness, and I’m hoping that’s what people think of when they hear and wear Blu Peppermint!
